We have addressed a bug where assessments would remain in a "Completed" state instead of transitioning to "Submitted" when the App has to reauthorize during the sync process.

Bug Fixes:
•The logic was updated to ensure that after reauthentication and successful submission, the selectedFormInstance is correctly set to the "Submitted" state.

This update ensures smoother and more accurate assessment submissions for users encountering reauthentication scenarios.
