This update contains a series of improvements to the app:
-Style overhaul for new styles and layouts
-Moved search into filter dropdown
-Added 'free' filter to exercise and workout lists
-Bottom navigation now has favourites, exercises and workouts
-New workout filters for equipment and workout type
-Added sign in to premium pop up and more clear messages
-Loading in workout list improved and added a meter to show progress

Fixes:
- App crashing when selecting workout on Workout list screen.
