Subliminal Affirmations

Subliminal communications are simple messages placed at regular, short intervals of an audio/visual information signal which can directly affect the subconscious mind.

Since they are too subtle or below the level of conscious awareness you cannot hear or understand them. Because you do not consciously hear the communications your conscious mind cannot reject the message.

Subliminal:

- Select Affirmation

- Set the volume level for a minimum of affirmation of her hearing

- Turn the music

You can use affirmations to their own music.

You need not consciously hear the affirmation - they are directly hit the subconscious.

"I am a great person" vs. "You are a great person"

Audio Affirmations, it's not the same as affirmations written.

When You hear the affirmation in the first person from someone else - first these affirmations refer to the person who speaks them.

Affirmation in second person is immediately addressed to You.

When You hear that "You are a great person", You are not wondering who is a great person. You have no doubt who is the object of affirmation. You are just a great person.

When I say "You are a great person", it's not up to You!

I find the fact. I express my opinion on You and my opinion on You is just such: "YOU ARE A GREAT PERSON!"

You can react to it in several ways, but that does not change my opinion about You.

You can say: "No, no, it's not me, it's not working, it's...", but I repeat it again: "You are a great person!"

You can also say: "Thank you. Yes. I am a great person!"... Reacting on affirmation in second person is like receiving compliments.

And that is the much greater value of affirmation in the second person - the affirmation is true regardless of You. So, I see you. I believe in You. I believe in Your abilities. And it does not matter to me what You think about Yourself at this moment, because You are still a great person, and it's only a matter of time before You realize it and You will begin to experience the effects of how a great person You are.
