By looking at the explanation regarding the meaning of fiqh, it can be understood that fiqh is a science that discusses religious teachings related to the actions ofmukallaf.

The basis of the Shafi'i Madzhab is the Qur'an, As Sunnah, Al Ijma' and Al Qiyas. He has been able to collect the Tariqat of Ahlur Ra'yi and the Tariqat of Ahlur Hadith.

Therefore, this madhhab is not too inclined towards ahlul hadith and also not towards the ahlul ra'yi madhhab.
