ICN Food List

The Interstitial Cystitis Network Food List App is designed to help interstitial cystitis and chronic prostatitis patients choose foods that will soothe rather than irritate their bladder or prostate. It's also appropriate for patients who struggle with acid sensitivity in the stomach and gut (i.e. gastritis and stomach ulcers). Ideal for use when shopping or eating out, it contains a searchable database of more than 250 foods rated for their ability to trigger discomfort. Foods are listed by: bladder friendly, try it or caution.

The data in this app was developed over the past twenty years by the IC activists which were later confirmed in various diet research studies. It is an easy to use extension of the information offered on the Interstitial Cystitis Network website and in our various publications.
