Upload a “Selfie with Toilet” constructed under Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban).

Here user would select the State/District/City Name/Ward Name for which constructed toilet photo need to be uploaded. User would fill the details like Name, Father / Husband Name etc. after that user would capture the selfie with toilet which need to be uploaded. Once the photo is clicked from camera, the user is prompted to upload the Photo by clicking on Submit Button. If photo has been uploaded successfully, a success popup message would be displayed to the user.
