APS Panic Button

APS allows alarm monitoring companies using the SECURITHOR software with the APS module (Securithor - http://www.securithor.com) to receive help requests from their subscribers with a compatible Android device. When a help request is received by the central station, the dispatcher can respond according to the subscriber's service level, such as calling the subscriber to insure everything is okay or sending help to the GPS location reported by the phone.

With the follow me feature, alarms are automatically sent at a user defined interval, allowing to trace the GPS route sent from the device. Most features of APS require service from a Central Monitoring Station using a compatible Securithor APS module

Accuracy of the GPS position is dependent on factors such as location, coverage and the subscriber's phone hardware.

Communication might not be established with the Central Station if internet coverage is not available on the subscriber's phone.
