Birthday Birdie Lite is a very lightweight app, but it offers several useful configurations. You can receive reminders up to a week before each birthday, and at any time of the day. The app's home screen shows three categories: add, edit, and view. Simple. Entering birthdays is quick and easy. You do not have to log into any web services.

The app uses the Android Alarm Manager to schedule notifications. The schedule is reinitialized whenever your phone is restarted (rebooted). This bird is reliable! Great for remembering that special birthday girl or birthday boy.
