Two entries are improved to the top menu :
first one is about calories counting, with three examples of healthy meals to demonstrate how to count calories.
Second one on the more accurate methods of body fat measurement, it has better explanation and images than before.

I added a reference section, for the sources of the information used in the app.
Everything else is still the same, just some corrections in the spelling and the orthographic errors.
