When we login with the same username and password what we created for dynamic CRM in this

application, that will extract all the contacts to this application from the CRM and contacts successfully fetched from CRM. If u want to track the particular number, hold on it and it will ask you the choice of tracking. click on the remember my choice “yes or no”if yes, automatically it starts tracking the number else the number won’t be track. When we say “yes” to track the number that will go to the rules tab.

Press rules option, here there are three choices

1. do not track: once click the option to track and now we want to change our option as do not change. so, we can add the number in do not track also now.

2. track all the events: now we can select the choice of track all the events so it starts tracking all events about the number.

3. ask every time: if you select the choice called ask every time. whenever we receive the call or we do call the dialog box will open do you want to track this number every time.
