Hello Beautiful People and Welcome to my Profile, i wanted to share my journey of self improvement and wellness in hopes of helping others around me to find the best version of themselves, through Nutrition , exercise and overall wellness.

Before we get to all of that.. here’s a small introduction to get to know me. My name is Soukaina, Also known as Soul, I graduated majoring in Public Relations.. however I fell in love with Muay Thai and Boxing and I have been practicing it for several years now. I loved the new person the sport made me and how it drastically gained me personal growth ,mental clarity , and a better environment. I decided then that I will always peruse wellness to keep bettering myself and potentially help others achieve that as well. If your wondering about the nickname “Soul”, it was a fight name which I gained from participating in kickboxing as a competitive sport.

When it comes to my education I Graduated from MEFITPRO under NASM (National Academy of Sport’s Medicine in the US) as an Internationally Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, enable to gain more knowledge on what the human body really needs, that way I’m able to achieve better health, and help others make the right health decisions.
