WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM SOUND S&C?

We utilize everything from bodyweight exercises, barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to strongman implements in our daily workouts. Each day you'll work through a strength and/or skill section followed by a conditioning section. You'll learn to lift heavy, how to move mindfully, and you will be challenged.

You will leave each session knowing that you stared down a difficult task and came out better for it on the other side.

If group classes aren't your thing, we also offer customized programming and personal training appointments.
