-Now using the Document Provider to support newer android versions (Android versions > 4.4).
Note:
-Some cloud storage providers do not support this yet (e.g Dropbox).
-When you are using cloud storage to import audio files please mark them as available offline to allow immediate playback

-Using Document Provider fixes that files from external storage where only playable until app restart.
-Fixed incorrect button mapping when moving item while playing
-Fixed crash when removing items.
