-Added Show welcome page option for TEOS Player device
-Added Show connect code on welcome screen
-Fixed license cannot be entered TEOS Player
-Fixed reconnect issues
-Fixed no welcome bar on WiFi

Known issues:
When you are using multiple users within TEOS Connect, sometimes the 2nd stream looks darker than the others.
This is a known issue depending on the professional display generation. An
update will be provided soon. However, it should be normal when switching to full screen.
