The word Tratak is a derived Sanskrit word which means intense focusing, concentration, whereas holistic means overall , is actually an approach to life , this ancient approach to health consider the person as a whole rather than focusing on illness or specific part of body.

Thus, here in Tratak we focus on the development of whole person which emphasizes the natural balance of mind, body and spirit. In other words, we focus on the entire personality development of a person as whole i.e. physical, mental and spiritual We combined together the universal ancient medical marvels, yogic technique and alternative therapies accepted worldwide for overall holistic treatment. We want to give a new way of living and being, which is full of energy, peace and joy by spreading health, harmony and happiness through Yoga, Meditation and alternative therapies.

The journey of Tratak is an ongoing experiment that continues to reveal new ways to serve, love and grow. We are pleased to serve you the unique way of life which can improve the quality of your lives. We have designed our unique programmed in such a way that helps people live healthier, happier and harmonious lives. We deliver special classes for beginners, kids, women, housewives, sports persons, corporates, senior citizens for their overall development and wellness of body, mind and spirit.

Certified yoga therapist, Ayurveda and Naturopathy Consultant, Diet and Nutrition consultant. Mr.Sudhakant is BAMS from Kolkata. Diploma in Acupressure from Acupressure Sansthan Jaipur, Former counsellor IGNOU, Patna.

Mrs. Pragya Mishra: (Director, Co-founder)

Grand master Reiki, Diet and Nutrition Counsellor, Acupressure consultant and Counsellor. Pragya Mishra is PhD in Alternative Medicines for overall wellness. She is a grand master in Reiki. She is a well-renowned counselor and psyche-healer. She has also expertise in Acupressure and Diet and Nutrition.
