 * No need to install the Taxpayer Cabinet Plug-in, CIT on Android now works without the KNP Plug-in!

The POPA program cannot:

 * Sign and submit tax forms

 * Export, import and print

 * Work with SNA, SNN, SNTI

We want to do in the future:

 * More convenient entry to KNI

 * Ability to save in Excel, XML and PDF documents

 * Release a version of the program for iPhone, iPad

 * Sign and send tax forms directly from phones and tablets!

Before using the program:

  1. You must have a valid EDS certificate received at the Public Service Center. Certificate from the Tax will not work. In this version, only a certificate from a public service center is supported.

  2. You need to rewrite the digital signature certificate for authentication on this device. In the PSC they give 2 certificates, usually needed, the one that starts on AUTH_RSA256

  * Certificates received in PSC - are supported

  * Certificates received in the Tax - not yet supported

  * EDS on sim-card, Kaztoken Qazaqstan, Kazakhstan identity card - not supported

The work of the program depends on the operability of the tax servers of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (SRC MF RK). If the server of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance https://cabinet.salyk.kz/sonoweb/?private=1 does not work or is overloaded, or freezes, then the program will not be able to access the server of the Cabinet of NP.
