One of the most important and widespread books written by al-Abshihi. It is a comprehensive encyclopedic book of different sides of the arts of literature, wisdom and saying, and it is not based on a single topic and a specific idea. Its author, Shihab al-Din Muhammad bin Ahmed Abi al-Fath al-Abshihi, attributed it to the village of Abshih (Abshaway) from the villages of Fayoum. He resided in Mahalla, and went to Cairo more than once, and listened to the lessons of Jalal al-Din al-Bulqini. He studied jurisprudence and grammar, and he was the guardian of the rhetoric of his town after his father. He died in the year 852 AH, and it was said in the year 850 AH
