Mobile application for HR in MOIA - Amer

Based on the keenness of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance to lead in the process of digital transformation and provide a smart work environment for its employees, a platform and application (Amer) has been launched to expand the geographical and temporal scope of electronic services and provide a distinguished user experience in the hands of its employees, enabling them to access their information and benefit from various services Autonomous HR anywhere, anytime via their smart and office devices.

Amer application features:

1 .An easy and fast user interface.

2. Access to the services provided by the Ministry to its employees to save time and effort.

4. Dashboards to display your most important information (benefits balances, salary slips, leave and absence record, training record, performance evaluation and base salary changes record).

5. Management of notifications and approvals (the ability to implement various combined procedures with ease and ease).

8. Your information is safe by applying global security standards such as two-factor authentication and fingerprint usage.
