Explanation of the Book of Tawheed by Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab bin Suleiman Al-Tamimi

Explanation of the Book of Tawhid by the author Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab bin Suleiman Al-Tamimi, a Sunni Hanbali religious scholar, who considers him one of the innovators of the Islamic religion in the Arabian Peninsula, where he began calling on Muslims to get rid of heresies and superstitions and to reject polytheism that spread during the Ottoman era.

Monotheism is the right of God that is obligatory upon slaves, and it is the greatest commandment of the religion, and it is the greatest command that God has commanded, and it is the foundation of all principles and the basis of actions. The author, may God have mercy on him, has shown in this book the virtue of monotheism for those who achieve it and work by it.

The author, may God have mercy on him, was keen to give a clear picture of all types of monotheism, especially the monotheism of divinity and what opposes it of major and minor polytheism. He began it after the basmala by mentioning some verses and hadiths that indicate the necessity of singling out God for worship. He explained in this book the monotheism of divinity and mentioned its rulings, conditions, virtues, proofs, and details. And its causes, fruits, requirements, and what increases it, strengthens it, weakens it, distorts it, and what accomplishes and completes it.

Monotheism is the recognition that the Lord is unique in His attributes of perfection, and the acknowledgment of His monotheism with His attributes of greatness and majesty, and singling Him out alone for worship.
