What is a client:

It is a very special application with its unique and simple idea, which enables the customer to invest in his frequent visits to his favorite places to obtain discounts and special offers. A free application customer established in 2021 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The application focuses on introducing users and tourists to places and landmarks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to be a compass for them to request and reserve distinctive places in the Kingdom with the utmost safety, reliability and speed.

And draw a road map from the client's site to the desired landmark.

Amel application is an online directory that allows its subscribers to search for the services of restaurants, hotels, malls and other landmarks with the possibility of booking in these places.

Account types:

A client application is available for two types of users...a service provider or an ordinary user

1: Service Provider:

The customer of the service provider can add and manage his places, receive customers, listen to their opinions and evaluations, manage their reservations, send offers to them, receive notifications and manage the teacher's availability.

2: Normal user:

A client application that enables the average user to receive offers from different attractions, make reservations and receive suggestions for reservations.

And add certain places to favourites.

Services provided by a client:

1: The ability to browse and search for all restaurants, hotels and other distinctive places in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to see everything new about the landmarks and places of the Kingdom.

2: The ability to register as a service provider with a customer to enjoy adding and managing your features, receiving reservations, sending offers, and receiving opinions and evaluations of participating customers.

3: The possibility of booking via phone number, WhatsApp number, or through a customer application.

4: The ability to add landmarks to your favorites and receive notifications

5: Supports both Arabic and English

6: The possibility of recording his visit to the landmarks he visits by photographing the service provider’s code to benefit from his special offers as a customer of these landmarks.

7: Send a message to the owner of the teacher when booking.

8: Adding a complaint and following it up by the owner of the teacher and the manager of the client application.

9: Add special events to receive congratulations and offers from service providers.

How to use:

Without creating an account: Quick browsing of places and cities and seeing landmarks and distinctive places in the Kingdom.

Create an account with a customer:

Creating an account from the list acts as a service provider to enable you to add and manage your features.

From the registration icon, create a regular user with a client.

You can view your QRCode from your profile.

Registering as a service provider with a client requires approval from the management of a client application, and after approval of your teacher, you can enjoy all the services provided to you by a client.

From the main menu, you can add your landmark, locate it on the map, add a brief description of it, its address, reservation phone number, and pictures of it.

After your teacher is accepted by the management of a client application, your teacher becomes available to all customers of the client

From the My Milestones main menu, you can manage your milestones, add opening times, send offers, view reservation requests, and add a distinguished customer.

From the main menu Offers you can see the offers sent to you

From the main menu Reservation Request History you can see your previous reservations that you approve and that have been cancelled.

Register as a regular user with a client:

From the main menu Offers you can see the offers sent to you

From the teacher's main interface, you can add your reservation from the reservation, choose the appropriate time for you, send the reservation request, wait for approval, or suggest another reservation

From the main interface of the landmark, you can request the road map between your location and the specified landmark from the directions

From the main interface of the teacher, you can know the type of customers in the restaurant (new, silver, gold, diamond)

And you can see customer reviews from reviews and ratings

Register as a customer at a specific landmark:

By clicking on a client, a button appears for you to scan a new teacher's code by scanning the teacher's code when visiting. You can add your evaluation and opinion of the teacher, thus recording the number of your visits to the teacher at each scan.

From the main menu Support enables you to communicate with the management of a client application by filling in the required fields.

Notices:

From the bottom menu of the application, the notifications icon, you can review all notifications sent to you from the newest to the oldest

From the bottom menu of the application, the Favorites icon, you can see the landmarks that you have selected as favorite landmarks, for easy and quick search for your favorite landmark.
