The application was developed within the framework of a USAID-funded project defined by an agreement between the Georgian Association of Social Workers and the United Nations Children's Fund.

The application enables the social needs and functional assessments of persons seeking disability status to be implemented using the application. The application is staffed with the following assessment tools:

The application is equipped with electronic questionnaires and includes a system of final evaluation and counting points.
