Training for health exercise practice leaders was started in 1989 as part of the Second National Health Promotion Movement (Active 80 Health Plan). In addition to basic knowledge, it means those who have the knowledge and skills of exercise guidance for health promotion and can provide practical guidance based on exercise programs created for health promotion.
