About 高雄市不動產建築開發商業同業公會

The association was founded on March 18, 1965. Under the excellent leadership of the previous directors, the full cooperation of the directors and supervisors, and the strong support of the member representatives, the association has gradually established a system and norms, with good performance and image.

本會作為政府單位與民間業者的溝通橋樑與樞紐，提供服務內容與宗旨如下:

1.協助政府推動經濟政策及相關法令，並參與公益活動。

2.承辦政府機關之委託服務事宜。

3.舉辦產業相關活動、促進會員交流及產業資訊交流。

4.辦理會員證書變更、資格證明與其他服務事宜。

5.輔導會員辦理從業人員之福利服務事宜。

6.協助會員業務發展所需之相關事宜。

7.會員合法權益之保障維護及同業糾紛協調處理。

8.會員與會員代表基本資料之建立及動態調查、登記事宜。

9.辦理會員申報開工相關事宜。

10.辦理會員履約保證服務相關事宜。

11.適時蒐集並反映會員心聲建議暨本業困難問題，向政府陳情建議。
