Guide to using the mobile app for the 2023 Korean Hospital Pharmaceutical Association Fall Conference

▣ How to use the mobile app

▶ The mobile app service is available only to applicants for the 2023 Korean Hospital Pharmaceutical Association Fall Conference.

(1) Download the app

▶ In the store search bar

Search for “Hospital Pharmaceutical Association” or “KSHP”

-->Select and download “2023 Korean Hospital Pharmaceutical Association Fall Conference” from the app list

(2) Login

▶ Log in with your homepage ID/password at the top right of the mobile app screen and use it.

(When logging in, check whether you are registered for the academic conference and provide this service only to registered members)

(3) Mobile app service usage period: Can be used without time limit

- You can check notification notices, registration information, ratings, and secretariat contact information.

▶ Event schedule

- You can check the lecture schedule for the fall academic conference

- Click on the lecture title to go to the presentation viewer screen

▶ Event venue information

- Event venue location (including directions), event venue layout, exhibition hall

- Check booth layout and advertising participants

▶ Keynote lecture

- Check symposium presentation materials and download PDF files

▶ Symposium

- Check symposium presentation materials and download PDF files

▶ Joint session

- Check joint session presentation materials and download PDF files

▶ Research paper/speech

- Check hospital pharmacy research paper presentations / oral abstracts available

▶ Poster

- Symposium speaker profiles can be checked

▶ Speaker introduction

- Symposium speaker profiles can be checked

▶ Memo/Interest Schedule

- Register your interest in the event schedule

- In the memo function, notes and photos related to the presentation can be registered and viewed.

▶ Survey

- Satisfaction survey on fall academic conference and mobile app

▶ Registration barcode

- In addition to existing text messages (MMS), conference registration is possible using the registration barcode within the app.
