The 4030 application belongs to a charity foundation called Barakat Ehsan, which has been approved by the Ministry of Health of Iran.

This software is provided to the public for free as beneficence in order to inform and teach needs.

The 4030 application provides a 7/24 call center that allows users to make free calls to doctors and medical professionals. Users are visited without the need to see a doctor in person and it is also possible to the chat with the doctor so that the user can send their audio, video, test result, and medical file information for review in the chat environment.
