Acanto

Acanto is the residential management application for owners, residents, and authorized personnel of the Acanto Reserva de Mosquera complex.

From a single platform, users can view communications, register visitors, manage authorizations, request reservations for common areas, review packages, and participate in co-ownership processes.

The application allows users to:

- View announcements and updates from the administration.

- Register and view visitors associated with the unit.

- Manage reservations for common areas and pool access.

- Request and track move-in authorizations.

- Receive notifications of packages and relevant events.

- Submit community reports with photographic evidence.

- Submit suggestions for the administration.

- View and update information related to the residential census.

- Manage authorized administrative processes and support.

Access is restricted to users previously registered in the census or created by the administration. The visible functions depend on the authorized profile: resident, owner, security, pool, or administration.
