Aftercup Lite

The data- and resource-saving version of Aftercup

Aftercup Lite is a data- and resource-saving version of Aftercup, which you can download for any new or old device starting from Android 2.3.3. The essence of Lite is that, despite the small size of the download package (0.3MB), it contains almost all the advantages of our normal application.

1.) Homepage

Use it as if it were a social app, but without advertisements and other distractions: on our home page you can easily and quickly read our latest posts.

2.) Menu

We tried to create the menu of Lite in such a way that it contains as many functions as possible of the normal version, so you can access our 3D photos, Aftercup Maps or our podcast, for example.

3.) Alone in Aftercup Lite

In the application, we have also placed (smaller) pages and content that can only be read in Lite. For example, our "Source Code" page, which presents the creation of the app in a simple way, or our "Aftercup Lens: Clouds" page, which shares cloudy nature photos.

4.) Silent notifications

In order to make the app even easier, Lite does not send push notifications to your device, however, we make "silent notifications" readable for all new information in the app, so you won't miss anything with the Lite version either. This actually minimizes data and RAM usage in the background.

5.) Aftercup+ and Velvet accounts

Both Aftercup+ and Velvet features are available in the app, just like in the regular version, allowing access to the extra content found here.

6.) Security

As with all Aftercup products, the protection of your data is of primary importance for Aftercup Lite: Lite therefore does not collect any user information and does not require permissions.

7.) It is powered by renewable energy sources

The servers of the Aftercup Lite application are operated using fully sustainable energy sources.

Despite our best efforts, there are functions that cannot be understood in Lite at the moment. For the full experience - if you can - try the original Aftercup application.

Lite is primarily recommended for phones running old Android systems, Android Go, and phones with 1 (or less) RAM.
