Started operation on August 2016 and was incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 1990 on the 13th November 2018. The company aims at engendering solution provision in the farming as well as agro-allied sector – inaugurating economic prosperity to the nation. One of AGAAI’s major areas of interest is PLANTAIN and BANANA production and its entire value chain. The firm aims at utilizing the untapped and enormous natural resources in these crops to manufacture world class products and establish chain of industries to create jobs and wealth.AGAAI LTD, located in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria, presently has green houses with the capacity to produce more than one hundred thousand (100,000) hybrid banana and plantain suckers ; and about two thousand (2000) hybrid AVOCADO pear seedlings monthly, and looks towards expanding the production capacity to one million (1,000,000) soonest. AGAAI LTD, apart from crop production, offers solution to farmers by producing ORGANIC FERTILIZERS for all soil and crop types as well as produce crop care product such as Nematicides, Insecticides and Pesticides.
