AM2PM Carer

The AM2PM carer application provides key information regarding calls that they are assigned in a day in real time. Calls schedule: the carer is able to view the details of the calls that they are assigned in a day. They are also able to check their schedule for upcoming days as well as view the calls that they’ve attended in the days prior. Secure Call authentication : The call is started and ended with a QR / OTP authentication. This ensures that only the authorized carer interacts with the client, increasing safety for the client. Tracking of services: The carer is able to keep track of the services rendered to the client by selecting the appropriate option after service is given. The user is also able to monitor the medicines given to the client Image capture ability : The image capture ability while attending a call enables the carer to capture images essential for providing care to the client. Pin notes about client : This feature enables the carer to add notes about the client to inform other carers about special needs of the client.
