APMC was established primarily to meet the marketing needs of farmers and to provide them with a platform to sell agricultural produce in various markets and at competitive prices. It is spread over 21 bighas of land. Mandal and its surrounding villages are known for producing Jeera, Ajama, Tuver, Chana, and Castor Seed.
