Registration and login design changed to be more appealing and neat.
Preferences now apply in navigation
Preferences now update the UI
Log out button moved to preferences for a more consistent design.
Application no longer crashes when switching between preferences and navigation
Refresh button added to past trips list fragment. List now shows the appropriate icon for the type of transport.
Back button returns to login screen in register activity
