Welcome to 30 Day Super Hero Challenge, the workouts involved in this super hero challenge are squats, push ups and sit ups. Do all these exercises for specific time interval on specific days and get a super hero body in 30 days.

Here are some of the tips to complete this 30 day super hero challenge. Keeping your body hydrated is most important so its better to drink a minimum of 2.5 to 3 liters of water each day. To maintain good health it is better to eat whole foods and forget processed or canned foods. Take pre workout and post workout drinks like green smoothies, so that your body recovers soon and finally its better to eat smaller portions of food many times in a day instead of having one big meal.
