Changes
* Added an app settings option to keep the screen on while reading (enabled by default for tablets).
* The table of contents dialog now switches seamlessly between grid view and list view instead of closing and reopening the dialog.
* The table of contents list view now highlights the current location.
* Clicking "Sync" for the first time now displays a dialog explaining why Accordance needs to connect to Dropbox.
