Disable ADB on screen off and enable ADB *after* screenlock is unlocked.

Adb-Lock helps protecting Android (prior to 4.4.3) against the "adbd authorisation bypass" attack by (found by Henry Hoggard, MWR Labs).

09/23 : Fixing ANR for already done donation and android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS issue
