The is also a score now ! You earn 10 points for each Neo session and 20 points for each Power session! Be careful, you lose a point if you don't do HIIT for one week! There is now a voice over to guide you through the exercises! Of course you can adjust the volume of this voiceover and mute if you wish! Make the most of it!
