Apporio Handyman

Pursuing the on-demand trend in Services booking industry, Apporio Infolabs has introduced its on-demand service booking solution by the name 'Apporio Handyman. The complete Solution consists of a User App, Service Provider App and Admin Dashboard. Admin Dashboard is a web based panel where you can manage and monitor the complete activity of app users & Service Providers.

HOW IT WORKS?

User Sign Up:

• The work flow of the Apporio Handyman starts with Service Provider registration.

• Service Providers creates his detailed profile, Service Offering and Availability & Timeslots to be booked from Helpmate.

• Admin receives the Service Provider Sign Up request on his Admin Dashboard. Admin can approve/disapproves the Sign Up request of the Service Provider.

• Once approved by Admin, Service Provider can start getting Service bookings on his app.

Customer Makes Service Booking Request:

• The application detects customer location automatically while customer can change location, Customer selects a Service Provider category, browse Service Providers in selected location

• Customer can sort Service Providers as per available filter options. like cuisine, distance, rating etc

• Customer has option to Book Service Now and Book Later.

• As soon as the customer makes the booking request, it goes to the concern Service Provider.

• Customer can view all his bookings in my booking section, he can view his bookings, cancel / reschedule booking from my booking section. In case of rescheduled booking Service Provider will get intimated about new schedule.

Rating of Service Provider:

• On Completion, Customer gets an option to Submit rating for the Service Provider.

• The rating gets average out and shows on the Service Providers profile in the app. The rating for Service Provider remains visible on Admin Panel as well.
