Mufti Rafi Usmani is Pakistani Islamic scholar and President of Darul Uloom Karachi. He has authored a large number of books in Urdu, as well as some notable treatises in Arabic. He is the son of Mufti Muhammad Shafi Deobandi and the brother of Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani.
