This plugin should be used with headphones.
Sorry, bass guitar samples are very rich in overtones… This plugin should not be used as the main instrument for your ear training.
If it's hard for you to identify tones correctly, try to decrease the volume. You might be misled with overtones. Or try different headphones, probably with a headphone amplifier. Or even try your computer speakers.
