The software calculates the risk of death at 1, 2 and 3 years in patients with congestive heart failure based on clinical variables and biochemical markers that are manually entered by the user ( health professional ) . The results are displayed numerically and graphically. The calculation algorithm has been obtained from a study in 2012 that included 800 patients with congestive heart failure.

The aim of this calculation is to provide optional additional information to identify the risk of death of patients with congestive heart failure.
