The app sources live scores and other data on this app from third party feeds. You can use a compatible wallet to submit Ethereum transactions to the blockchain. Currently the only compatible wallet is BETRWallet but we are working to expand this to other 3rd party wallets.

BETR android app is an odds app. What it does is display odds and allow users to generate a compliant Ethereum call and sending the call to a compatible wallet server.
