Reinforcing ‘People Matter, Results Count’, Capgemini LBS Connect is an application exclusively built for the employees of LBS. The app offers comprehensive modules for both existing and new joiners enabling them to engage holistically with the business. Additionally, it facilitates a HR connect to address employee queries on policies and processes. Apart from receiving important notifications, the employees can also use this platform to voice their opinions in the form of survey/ polls. Since the app is developed for Capgemini LBS employees, only they can login to the app with appropriate credentials.
