The following is a CAPS Mobile System (this system is a combination of mobile and server based product) that defines and detects peoples' Emerging Aggressive behavior in progressive stages/levels using the Meter of Create a Case (Meter of Emerging Aggression) and subsequently suggests Best Practices actions for prevention and response relevant to the type of threat and its threat-Stage or Level.
