DESCRIPTION:

Care4Kids by Akron Children's Hospital is many apps in one. In addition to providing general health and hospital information, Care4Kids lets you store insurance and medical information about every member of your family in a password-protected area called Health Records. You can also share that information easily with your loved ones via bluetooth so they have duplicate records. You can store medical information such as:

Blood type

Vision prescription

Allergies

Medications

Surgical and illness history

Immunization records

Insurance (including plan numbers, co-pay and deductible amounts)

Providers (contact information for your doctors)

Emergency contacts

Care4Kids also offers:

* Find-a-doc - Find a provider by name or location, or by your child's condition (i.e. asthma). You can even save your doctor(s) to your favorites for quicker access.
