Fixed the below bugs:
-Date & Time component - The app did not fully respect the values entered in the day field of the component.
-A require field - The app did not respect the 'required' configuration on the first screen of an activity.
-Activity summary page - The app did not display every question and response entered by a patient on the summary screen.
-Log in issue - An intermittent issue caused patient to be prompted to log into the app even though they had not logged out of the app.
