The Cloud Legazpi online portal is designed as an information gateway and a feedback mechanism to help the city government in its resource allocation and improve service delivery.

The online portal features the city’s latest citizen’s charter, different services offered by the departments of the LGUs and their corresponding requirements and processes to help citizens prepare required documents and expenses, and have a faster and more convenient transaction.

The portal also aims to help tourists have a safe and convenient trip to Legazpi by providing them official information on registered accommodations, restaurants, accredited travel agencies, and locations of suggested tourist spots.

The portal also acts as a collaboration and best practice sharing platform, wherein various academic institutions, CSOs and businesses operating in the city can upload infographics, researches and awareness materials for public use.

Lastly, the online portal is equipped with a feedback page with a back-end analytics system to help the city map out the people’s concerns, suggestions and pin point issues that need immediate attention.
