Dictao Cloudcard – a Wallet for eIDs

With Dictao Cloudcard, you can have several ‘e-ID cards’, delivered by various organizations (bank, government, stores, etc.), on your mobile phone.

Note: In order for this application to work, it ought to be offered to you by the organization.

Up until now, your identity (or certificate) was stored on a physical device (a smartcard, a USB key), which is incompatible with your mobile phone.

Dictao Cloudcard frees you from these hardware devices, and allows you to establish your identity, by simply using your mobile and a PIN code. From now on, you can easily be authenticated and sign data using just your mobile phone.

Usage guidelines

- Activation: activate your card by using an ‘activation code’ (scan or text), provided by the card issuer, and by choosing a PIN code to protect your card. Your identity will then be associated to the card.

- Usage: select your card and enter your PIN code - you identity is established, allowing you to use it for authentication and to sign data.
