CMMS application is used by Clinical Engineer (CE) to view the opened ,completed wo and also customer can approve the wo. When a new work order is created, CE will get push notification in their handset, they need to acknowledge the work order. Future process has to do it in a web application. After the work order is completed, the department incharge should confirm or reopen.

The customer approval should follow these below mentioned steps,

• The department incharge will get OTP, which is generated by the application. Once CE

clicked Generate OTP button

• After the OTP is verfied,Incharger either can Reopen or Approve wo

• In charger should sign digitally to approve WO

• In case of Reopen the wo, In charger should click Reopen button.
