Craig's Clipboard sync wifi

New - Windows UDP Client - simply copy from /intsdcard/craigs/clipboardclient.exe to windows via usb or wifi, then copy a link to your startup folder or run it as you need it..

found a buffer bug, should have been 800chars not 700! (crash)

removed the stop service, it's all automatic when you close the app the service closes with it.

Open / source! code link at bottom of the readme

added some more stability to the sockets
