CTC-Go is a mobile application used by members, caregivers, case managers, and drivers to coordinate healthcare transportation.

CTC-Go mobile application allows health plan members to track their driver, review upcoming or past reservations, rate their driver, and to contact our call center to schedule new reservations. Our intuitive platform is easy to use and reliable.

CTC-Go may only be used by authorized users through participating health plans.
