De De Pyaar De is an upcoming Indian romantic comedy film written and co-produced by Luv Ranjan and directed by Akiv Ali which marks his directorial debut. It stars Ajay Devgn, Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh. The film is about a middle-age divorce who falls in love with a woman 20 years his junior.

The film's pre-production began in February 2017 and principal photography commenced on 19 January 2018. It was scheduled to release on 15 March 2019, but was delayed to 17 May 2019 to avoid competition with Devgn's Total Dhamaal.
